Products & Availability — We sell unprogrammed NFC Google Review Cards for resale or personal business use. Descriptions, images, and pricing may change without notice; product photos are representative and minor packaging differences between pack sizes may occur. We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or a pricing error.

Pricing & Payment — All prices are in USD, excluding tax/shipping unless stated. Payment is processed securely through Shopify; we don't store your full card details.

Use of Products — Cards are unprogrammed at sale. You're solely responsible for how you program, configure, resell, or use them, including compliance with applicable laws, platform policies (including Google's), and your own agreements with customers or clients. We make no guarantee about resale value, income, or business outcomes.

Returns & Refunds — Governed by our Refund Policy, which limits refunds/replacements to damaged or defective items reported within the stated window.

Shipping — Governed by our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property — All site content belongs to TapDepot or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue.

Disclaimer of Warranties — Products are provided "as is," aside from our damaged/defective replacement commitment under the Refund Policy.

Governing Law — California law governs, except where your local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
