Processing Time — Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping Rates & Delivery — We ship from the U.S. via USPS. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after shipment. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
International Shipping — We currently ship primarily within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., contact us through the contact form before ordering so we can confirm availability and cost.
Order Tracking — Tracking arrives by email once shipped; allow 24-48 hours to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages — We're not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked "delivered," or for carrier/customs delays or an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues and reach out to us so we can help however we can.
Address Accuracy — Double-check your shipping address before checkout; we can only fix errors before the order ships.
